Who is B2Bulgaria?

  • B2Bulgaria is a company which was established in with the objective of attracting investors for Bulgaria.
    We are a Bulgarian investment company for private and corporate investors, established in order to issue bonds for the purchase and development of real estate projects in Bulgaria.

  • B2Bulgaria holds itself liable for the distribution of the returns to all bond holders in its investment projects.
    A team of experts of Bulgarian, Belgian and Dutch origin will warrant the smooth proceeding of the projects and their correct execution.
    They will examine the project’s profitability and guarantee it’s securities by means of supplying sufficient information and access to the action plan.

  • B2Bulgaria will continually check all documents like plans and all legal documents for their contents and authenticity and deposit them for inspection by the investors.
    All bonds issued by B2Bulgaria will continually be guaranteed for an amount higher than the totality of the issue.

  • B2Bulgaria only looks after projects in Bulgaria itself. The reason for this is that real estate in Bulgaria is not sensitive to major fluctuations. There is always a surplus value guarantee, even of 100% and in some cases even of 300%.
    We offer the biggest securities to the investors and guarantee a disbursement at the end of the project (3-5-10 years) or in between after 1, 2 or 3 years with a fixed profit percentage.
